  • Mail: Print out an application form and mail it to Independent Living, Inc., 2970 Chapel Valley Rd., Ste. 203, Madison, WI 53711-7424.
  • In Person: Complete an application form at our main office located at 2970 Chapel Valley Rd., Madison, or at our senior living property, The Gardens, 602 N. Segoe Rd., Madison.  Apply during regular business hours of 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
  • E-mail your cover letter and resume to Human Resources Department.
